What we collect
Your email address, postcode, selected pub, consent choices, request time, a random lead ID, and temporary references to the garden and preview images.
Why we use it
To provide the requested visualisation, link the garden-preview 10% offer to the submitted email address, respond about availability, prevent abuse, and measure whether the visualiser is working. Marketing consent is separate, optional and unticked by default.
Enquiry delivery
Your email address, postcode, selected pub, 10% offer reference, consent choice and enquiry reference are sent securely to info@inflatablepubhire.com for follow-up. Your garden and preview images are not included in that email and remain protected in the visualiser’s private admin area.
Garden photo retention
Your photo is resized and re-encoded before upload, which removes EXIF and GPS metadata. Garden and preview images are deleted automatically after 72 hours by default. The period is configurable. Contact details remain as an enquiry record unless removed under the business’s normal retention policy.
AI enhancement
The standard interactive preview does not use an external AI service. If optional realism is configured and requested, a reduced copy of the composed image and the genuine pub reference are sent server-to-server to the configured provider (Cloudflare Workers AI or OpenAI). API credentials never reach the browser.
